Where can I find instructions on how to rent?

How do payments work?

We offer 2 payment options: All the payment is due up front via our website or Shop Pay which splits it into payment installments.Rates are from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.

How far does your included delivery fees go?

We will deliver for free within 20 miles of our warehouse in Overland Park, KS with a pickup time of no later than 9pm. Pickup times after 9pm can be scheduled for an additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know.

What are the pickup fees for pickups after 9pm?

9:30pm charge of $50; 10pm charge of $100; 10:30pm charge of $150; 11pm charge of $200; 11:30pm charge of $250; 12am charge of $300. We will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on if the venue allows us to pick up the next day, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day.

How much does delivery cost if it is not within 20 miles of your warehouse in Overland Park.

If your location exceeds 20 miles, we charge $1/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles.

What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?

That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

What if I want to see the pillars in-person first?

We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kinds of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos, so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Can I request a different floral arrangement be made and rented for my altar/arch/backdrop?

At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements, but we are already working on adding a variety of arrangements to choose from. This should be available to you soon! We can add colored flowers to the arches but cannot remove flowers. This is how we can customize it.

There is an altar/arch/backdrop that I would like for my event, but you do not currently offer it, can you get this for me?

We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are already in the process of adding more. Please email us the details and we can let you know if this is possible.

I am having problems checking out, is the checkout button not working?

First, please check to see if the browser you are using is Internet Explorer. If so, open a different browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host Shopify. If this doesn't solve your problem, please email or DM us and we will quickly get back to you!
